Giving athletes a competitive edge is one of our main goals at Momentum. Because of this commitment, we offer a series of athletic development classes to help make you a well-conditioned athlete. Our programs complement traditional weight lifting programs.
We have consulted with coaches at all levels of play to determine what they believe are the components most commonly seen in great athletes. The qualities identified were core strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, and coordination. We have also found that there is a direct relationship between these components and the incidence of injury. All of our programs refine and enhance these essential elements of fitness.
